The NO-TOUCH safety edge is designed to detect obstacles such as cars or humans before they make contact with the safety edge. It operates by utilizing the metal gate as an antenna to generate a radio field around its edge. When an obstacle enters this area, it disrupts the frequency, triggering the edge to detect its presence.
