Our standard shipping for most products and locations are dispatched on a “next working day” basis, Monday to Saturday and are calculated based on the weight of your items.
Orders weighing over 250kgs will be delivered FOC to main UK locations, but on a 3-5 day basis. We will contact you after your order is placed to discuss delivery.

Please note that the delivery times shown in your basket are for orders PLACED BEFORE 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed AFTER 2:00pm, will be delivered on the second working day from the date of order (excluding Bank Holidays).
Exclusions: Some products, such as boom barrier products and some larger items are subject to longer shipping times as they are shipped using a specialist carrier. The delivery times for these items are clearly advertised within the relevant product descriptions, and the delivery costs are included within the price of these products to all standard delivery locations. When ordering BARR KITS, additional items contained within your basket will incur delivery charges based on their weight. These charges may be waived at GIBIDI UK’s discretion, post order.
Selected delivery locations may also be subject to additional shipping charges, for which we will provide a quotation.

UK Shipping & Checkout Options:
Our standard shipping service delivers by the time selected when ordering on the next working day (or Saturday) ONLY when an order is completed BEFORE 2:00pm.
Any orders placed AFTER 2:00pm, will be delivered on the second working day from the date of order (excluding Bank Holidays). Please note that due to nationwide staffing shortages, delivery times may vary and are undertaken by our approved courier company on a 'best endeavour' basis.
This excludes boom barrier products and some longer items, which are shipped with a separate courier and will be delivered within 2-3 working days from point of order.
The checkout process enables the customer to select either 'Pickup From Store' OR 'Standard Next Day times or Saturday', on all products with the exception of the boom barrier products and some larger items.
The products which are not subject to standard shipping, have the shipping cost calculated within the price of the goods (except in the case of Northern Ireland: Please refer to Specific Exclusions below).
In the case of Northern Ireland, customers the charges levied for these services differ due to methods of shipping.
The option to 'Pickup From Store' is available between 08:00 and 16:00 on normal working days (as defined above). GIBIDI UK Ltd require two hours from point of order to allow for picking, packing and administration.
If any form of special delivery or collection from our premises is required outwith that described above, please contact GIBIDI UK Ltd with the requisite information directly to enable us to assess what is reasonably practical and calculate costs where applicable.

Our standard delivery services and 'Pickup From Store' service are available to UK customers only. If delivery is required to the Republic of Ireland, please contact GIBIDI UK Ltd on +44 1580 238660 to discuss your requirements directly.
The delivery services described apply to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. When checking out, you will find that some regions of the UK are excluded, these include but are not limited to: Scottish Highlands, some outlying regions of the UK and UK islands including all Scottish islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands. Should you require delivery to any region specifically excluded from our shipping list at Checkout, please contact GIBIDI UK Ltd directly with the requisite information to enable us to assess what is reasonably practical and calculate costs where applicable.
Long items, such as boom barrier products and some larger items, need to be sent by special courier and fall outside our standard delivery options. In the case of Northern Ireland, these items are excluded from online purchase, as shipping costs have to be calculated on a 'case by case' basis. Please call our sales team on 01580 238 660 to discuss how we can best service your delivery needs.
In some instances, it is possible to 'pre-order' products that are not currently in stock. Where this is possible, these goods are excluded from our standard shipping options as they may be delivered from our manufacturing facility which is outside the UK. GIBIDI UK Ltd will furnish you with delivery information appropriate to the specific circumstance in these situations.
Courier Service:
GIBIDI UK Ltd outsource all deliveries to third party courier or specialist logistics businesses. Therefore, we are unable specify precise delivery times or slots. Whilst GIBIDI UK Ltd take all reasonable and practical steps to ensure our customers receive their goods within the timeframes established within this policy, we are not able to guarantee such an outcome and accept no responsibility for any incurred loss or delay resulting from our carriers delivering outside of our advertised delivery times.
Our carriers' policy is to obtain a POD (Proof of Delivery), which means that someone will need to be at your delivery address to receive the goods.
GIBIDI UK Ltd advise all customers to check for damage to packaging before accepting any goods. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we advise customers to check that there is no damage to the contents before signing for your delivery as once a delivery is signed for, neither GIBIDI UK Ltd nor our carriers will accept responsibility for any reported damage.
If there is nobody available to receive the delivery at your stated delivery address, the courier will usually leave a card for you to organise your own collection from your local depot. If you are not available to sign for your delivery and request a re-delivery, the courier will charge to do this.
