RETURNS FORM
If you need to return an item please complete this form within 28 days of receipt, entering as much detail about the reason for the return is advised.
Please click the Terms & Conditions text next to the red ‘Submit' button below to view the returns T&Cs in section 7.
Once we have received, reviewed and approved your return you will receive an email with the returns ID. This is normally within 48 hours of submission. You will also be able to see your return status and returns ID, once issued, by clicking the ‘Returns' tab on the right of this page under 'Order History'. We will also send you updates by email as your return progresses.
Please ensure that any goods being returned to GIBIDI UK Ltd have the order number and returns ID included in your package.
