FLOOR 884 (24V) - SINGLE KIT

Underground hydraulic operators in 24Vdc, for swing gates of medium size and weight. For both residential and heavy usage. 

EASY TO INSTALL
The FLOOR boasts a bespoke self-supporting foundation box system and is ambidextrous upon installation. 

SILENT AND FAST
The FLOOR is able to open the gate in only 12 seconds. The operator is also virtually silent, owing to the materials and manufacturing process of the gears. In the 24Vdc version of the FLOOR, it is also possible to adjust the opening speed. 

TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED
The FLOOR is manufactured using the best available hydraulic closed-circuit, vacuum packed technology. It is complete with speed and force regulator and also comes equipped with a valve system to select reversible, irreversible or fixed modality. In the 24Vdc version of the FLOOR, it is also possible to adjust the anti-crushing sensitivity to ensure a safer installation, as specified within EN12453. The manual unlocking key is supplied as a European profile.

Our latest models of the FLOOR are the most robust yet, providing openings of 150 or 180 degrees depending upon the model selected. The FLOOR is also incredibly reliable due to the high quality of the materials used in its manufacture and our factory's stringent hydraulic testing procedure. 

NB: The FLOOR 884 is the direct replacement for the FLOOR 812 and FLOOR 824 models. Please take note of the datasheet provided when purchasing, which outlines the minor adaption required to the foundation box when swopping out a FLOOR 812/824 for a FLOOR 884.
